UMI - Utility Organization, Regulation & Law

This 2 day course provides in depth instruction on utility organization and structure in Kentucky and nationally, sections on the SDWA and CWA, state agencies, trade organizations, and other laws affecting utility operations. Participants will also explore how Kentucky measures up to the rest of the United States in regards to utility service and public health protection.

At this time, registration for the Utility Management Institute classes is restricted to Current UMI Students Only. Only those we have placed on this list will be able to register for the 2021 classes. In order to accommodate students currently enrolled in the program, we will not be accepting new students until the Utility Management 101 class in November.
