27 years with a southeastern civil engineering firm specializing in water resources, environmental and large civil projects and serving as a Regional Manager during later part of tenure; 4 years of service as the Director of Environmental and Engineering Services for the City of Paducah leading engineering and operations of the city's wastewater utility, flood control system and engineering department; 10 years of service as the General Manager of Calvert City Water and Sewer; Currently serving as the General Manager of the North Marshall Water District.
