Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Training Seminars

Kentucky Rural Water Association will charge a minimum processing fee of $25* for cancellation of training seminars involving a registration fee. To receive a partial refund, cancellations should be made three (3) business days prior to the session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after that date.
