Assistant Water/Sewer Superintendent

The City of Eddyville, KY is seeking an Assistant Water/Sewer Superintendent. This is a working position. The qualified candidate must possess, or be able to obtain, the following: Water Treatment Operator Class III License, Drinking Water Distribution Class II License, Waste Water Treatment Class II License, Waste Water Collection Class II License.  The candidate will be required to open and shut down Water Plant and maintain all equipment, processes, and facilities; operate Sewer Plant and maintain all equipment, processes, and facilities. Candidate must be computer literate and able to file all applicable reports.  Candidate must also be able to perform all Water Distribution tasks. Also, the candidate must be able to maintain 9 sewer lift stations, sewer lines, make sewer taps, locate sewer blockages, and other related duties.
