Water Quality Specialist

The City of Henderson is accepting applications for the Non-Civil Service position of Water Quality Specialist for Henderson Water Utility.  Minimum requirements:  High school diploma or GED; Associates of Science or Bachelors of Science in a laboratory/science related field.  Three (3) years of related experience.    A college degree may be substituted for experience.  A driver’s license and appropriate certification may be required.  Experience in a water and/or wastewater lab is desired.  Applicants will be required to undergo and pass a physical, drug test and alcohol screening prior to employment.    $18.36 per hour plus benefits.  Applications available from Human Resources or online www.cityofhendersonky.org and are due no later than 4:30 PM 5/7/21.
