NRWA Congratulates Congressman Hal Rogers

The National Rural Water Association, America’s leading water utility organization representing over 31,000 rural communities, applauds Congressman Hal Rogers in reaching the milestone of the longest-serving representative for the great State of Kentucky. Congressman Rogers has and continues to be one of the true rural champions within the halls of Congress. 

His work and vision have benefited the quality of life for millions of rural Americans even though most will not know his name nor the positions he held, including serving as Chairman of the House Appropriation Committee.
