Week 6 of the 2025 Legislative Session
The Kentucky General Assembly has just completed week six of its short session. With just four working days remaining this week until the 10-day veto recess, things are moving very quickly. To date, the House has approved 149 bills and binding resolutions, compared to the Senate's 93. The Governor has signed three bills so far, with seven bills (SB73, HBs 191, 216, 219, 261, 262, and 391) and one binding resolution (HCR20) having been enrolled and delivered Friday.
