Management Conference Rescheduled

We appreciate your patience as we finalize details for the 2025 Management Conference. We are pleased to announce that the conference has been rescheduled for November 5-6, 2025, at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green, KY.

Here’s what you need to know:

• Your existing registration will automatically carry over to the new dates.
• Hotel reservations made within the KRWA Room Block at the Holiday Inn University Plaza will be automatically canceled. If you booked through a third party or another hotel, you will need to cancel your reservation directly. A new room block code will be provided in August (after KRWA’s Annual Conference & Exhibition).
• If you will not be attending in November and wish to request a full reimbursement, please contact us.
• Exciting news! The Best Tasting Water Contest is returning to the Management Conference! While this competition has been a highlight of our Annual Conference for years, it originally started as a staple of the Management Conference—so we’re excited to bring it back to where it all began!
• And… rumor has it, KRWA staff are scouting golf courses to potentially add a golf scramble to the 2025 Management Conference! Stay tuned for more details.
