KRWA Apprenticeship Program Showcases New Graduates

The Management Conference provided opportunities to showcase the KRWA Apprenticeship Program. On day 1, several apprentices and participating employers were in attendance and were recognized during the KRWA board meeting. We recognized two program graduates and had a signing of 1 newly registered apprentice. We also had two high school students sign letters of intent to enroll as registered apprentices after graduation. On day 2, a Hawkins Scholarship recipient was announced during the Women of Rural Water Luncheon.

  • Ezra Darnell--Drinking Water Apprentice, North Marshall Water District
  • Aaron Dorris--Drinking Water Apprentice, Lebanon Water Works
  • Signing Day for a newly registered apprentice, Sam Baum, Drinking Water Apprentice at Lebanon Water Works
  • Two high school students signed letters of intent to become Registered Apprentices after graduation.
    Jacob Rock & Alex Ford--Hart County High School students that are co-oping at Green River Valley Water District
