The Kentucky Rural Water Association is trying to determine the extent to which KRWA members’ finances are affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. We are considering offering a lending program for water and wastewater utilities that may need assistance with funding operations, maintenance, and debt service payments due to an anticipated decrease in revenues or slow receipts due to COVID-19 related issues. The purpose of this survey is to request a brief response that will enable us to determine if a short term loan program for operations is of value to our utility members and what we can do to help.
