Mclean Co. Water Treatment Plant Operator

Mclean County Regional Water Commission is seeking qualified candidates for a Water Treatment Plant Operator. This position will provide efficient and quality operation and maintenance of the water treatment plant to maintain accurate records in accordance with established state and federal standards while working effectively and efficiently resulting in high morale and productivity. Applicants can also expect to work in the distribution system in multiple areas as the need may arise.

Candidates must be a high school graduate or equivalent and must possess Class II-A Kentucky Division of Water Treatment Operators License or higher.

Three years experience in water treatment system operations and maintenance required. A minimum of three years experience meeting and dealing with public with experience in the utility environment is a plus.

Mclean County Regional Water Commission offers competitive benefits package including state retirement plan, medical, dental, and  vision insurance.
