Notification of Noncompliance Deadline

Please login to the SPGE website, https://dlg.ky.gov/spge, to ensure that you are in compliance with reporting requirements.  If you received a notification of noncompliance and have not submitted the required documents, the deadline is Friday, July 28, 2023.  At that time, the Department for Local Government will notify the Finance and Administration Cabinet and the Auditor of Public Accounts of all SPGE’s noncompliance status.

As a result of being in noncompliance, any funds due to the district and in the possession of any agency, entity, or branch of state government will be withheld until compliance is met. The SPGE will also be published for noncompliance in the largest circulating newspaper in every county that the SPGE serves. The SPGE will be responsible for paying any associated fees.
