Did you miss Monday's webinar on sending customer letters for your Service Line Inventory? Don’t worry—you can catch up anytime! Watch (or rewatch) KRWA and DOW staff walk through the essential steps for sending out your system’s required letters/postcards as part of the Service Line Inventory process.

We’ve also created two postcards designed by KRWA/DOW Staff to simplify the process for your team—one includes a QR code for customer surveys and one without. You’ll also find versions for Lead and GRR (Galvanized Requiring Replacement) lines, along with the certification that must be submitted.
